Do not put oil based sealer on plasterboard. You should seal it with wall board sealer. And paint with dulux wash and wear. A lot easier to do before moving in. Yes happy with the quality we know all the trades. They were the reason we picked our builder. Going to go out tomorrow arvo to see the fit off. Can't wait. Only wardrobes, shower Screens, carpet to go inside. There is a mile long list of things to do outside.

Can you take the island bench to the alfresco wall? And/or make your sink smaller? My kitchen atm has a 2.4 island with a sink in it. I despise it. I have the smallest work space. I'd see if there is something you could do now as it would be worth it.
