Hi, With days of rain smashing the east coast (im in Sydney) I am looking for some advice for a new pool owner. It was just completed 4 weeks ago. We had the heat wave, now the unrelenting rain. My questions is: It was just converted to Salt 2 days ago. The system should generate chlorine from the s...

I incurred approx $20K variation for hitting rock/shale which did not come up in the soil tests. I do know however that the business takin...

Hi all :-) I'm currently building. Bricks are up, 90% of roof is up. As it's raining, it's also raining in my house from lack of roof. Could this cause any long term damage? I'm a little worried. Looking for a bit of reassurance that it's ok! :-/ You should be fine. I had GF frame up and first floo...

I know this is an old post, but $5500 isnt too much. You should find that it probably covers double glazed glass, and maybe even increased ceiling insulation or something along those lines. Have you got your BASIX adjustment?

How did you manage to get your long AC grills? We ordered them but were told that there was condensation issues and had to split ours up! (over the kitchen) We moved in 90 days ago. I'd be annoyed about the white one on your timber bulkhead, was that a mistake? @GLO maybe because I did my selection...

I think it's www.dunnandfarrugia.com.au/ but not 100% sure. Thanks! Nothing in the product gallery that looks like what we want. We had gates built by Dunn and Farrugia a few years ago at our current place (which is halfway being knocked down). They're great quality. https://forum.homeone.com.au/u/...

I have just built with Wisdom and it was approx $5K. It does depend on the size of the home though.
