That's great, Jezz; it is exciting times :D remember to pick the paperwork apart and check every detail including the exterior plans - Twice! It's so easy to miss stuff ::: We certainly will!!! Luckily we'll have the weekend to be able to go over everything again and again just to be sure!

We have booked an appointment for our final sign off!! Which is at the end of the month so that is very exciting and we should be getting our paper work and pricing around the 26th so we can review it before then. @Gritsy - I'm not 100% certain because it was an upgrade that was part if their promo but from their promo material it was around $250 to upgrade for the range hood and around $890 for the 900mm oven.

We drove past the block over the weekend to find that our neighbour has been slabbed and that there is a HUGE mound of dirt and concrete on OUR block! @Gritsy - the cavity slider in the study was $290 and the one in the WIR was $163 plus you get the credit for the standard door which I cant seem to find how much that is.
