Things are progressing faster than we expected, we had the timber and bricks delivered towards the end of the week I was expecting the frames to go up on Monday but they surprised us yesterday and with all hands on deck got the wall stubs up on Saturday. http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-AdxaEarIwO0/URcR-8R...

Just wanted to give a quick update ... things are going along nicely with the prep going to plan ... I'm hoping that everything is ready for the slab to go down tomorrow! Well it's bee awhile since I've had anything to update, Christmas really slowed us down in that regard. BUT we are going to site TOMORROW!!! We're meeting the Site Supervisor on Friday so we can go over the run down of everything but it's looking like we're full steam ahead!!

Not meaning to pry but did M insist that you spray and clear/level the site???? I would have thought that part of the 'siteworks' process they would cut n fill the block as required in preparation to do trenches etc for footings. I guess that would be just to the proposed building envelope perhaps ...

We thought the same thing regarding the single and double story ... we could have had a "standard" two story with the extra space or we could have a decked out single story which in reality is all the space I need (plus it's less cleaning!!) What floor plans have you been looking at??
