Hi guys, We are planning to organise a professional inspection for the PCI. Please share your experiences how did you go with it? Is it best to go with the professional inspection during PCI or let them inspect after our PCI. W seems to fix the issues what we identify during PCI. Thanks @Priyasures...

Does anyone have a charge for "additional cleaning for full height wall tiles" in wet areas? This has been added to our DEP but no one has mentioned previously so wanting to know if it's a common charge. I didn’t have this sorry! I am assuming you got your hydraulics variation back then? ...

Hi All, Our build is going ok with a few delays and hiccups . We were told in the nick of time that some of our tiles were discontinued and needed to be reselected. That cost us about 5-7 days as Di-Lorenzo never bothered to contact us before (which they could have easily done). All these minor del...

Progress @week29 from slab: - All electrical and plumbing completed - good to see workers onsite today - they were completing all floors tiles (ground floor), so I am expecting grouting completed early next week, and probably some minor fixes and paint touchups. No date for PCI yet, I hope its not f...

We got our PCI date today [emoji322] scheduled for 22nd October so fingers crossed for handover around 5th November. @Singalg that's is great to hear someone in the local area. Why did you have to change your facade due to council limitations? How far are you in the build stage? Council has relaxed the FSR in ryde area since I received my DA approval. At that time, with majestic 35, my option to extend footprint ...
