Hey Kim, Congratulations on council approval, you are so close to a start now :) Don't even get me started on the damn ACC, we (and of course Coral) were waiting for a few days for our bank to forward on our ACC, only to find out after chasing them up, that our bank flat out REFUSES to fill in ACC's...

So I decided to start a timeline.
