@Melb84, Sorry, I haven't been informed registration on hold. I thought it was on hold because the development of this site from Northern end of Woodbridge st/ northbourne rd is not progressing for a while.

@ElDream16: Which builder constructed your current house? Was it also stipulated in your contract with them? WH should at least provide you with an Interim Occupation Certificate. Prior to your final walkthrough you can then try to secure the Final Occupation Certificate from Council free of charge...
