PCI Inspection was completed last week. Both us and the Independant Inspector are overall pretty happy with the house. There are some paint issues that will be fixed, and a few bumps and scratches to address, but nothing major reported. Not long to go now! https://forum.homeone.com.au/u/75181_15271...
Nice colour choices Seren1ty. Looking schmick!!!

What I read is major developments that add additional capacity to the area. I doubt your KDR is impacted., beside you p...

Our gyprock installation is also due to start this week. Here are some shots following the completion of Air...

Thanks mate... Great tips. I have heard there are companies that give you an estimate and buy your fitting and fixtures and rip them out before demolition day. I might look into that also. Put some recent pics Seren1ty :)

Hey kjane, We organised our own demolition. We got about 4 quotes. The company we ended up using, Macarthur Excavations, was recommended by H&H, but the reason we chose them was they simply turned out to be the best to deal with. The quote was higher than yours, but was for a 4 bedroom, and als...

Brick layers are almost done! Was great to have them back onsite after only a short Christmas break. Next is eaves and downpipes, then the scaffolding can come down so they can complete the lower roof. So not long before they'll be inside and out of the weather, which considering the heat/rain rece...

Our frames are currently on their way up. Our neighbours have been commenting on how energetic the builder is, moving through each stage with almost no breaks. No complaints from us! The weather has been great of late, and they're making the most of it. Frame is due to complete next week, and brick...

Thanks Seren1ty, I am sure there will be some changes for us too, although I haven't seen a selection booklet for the 'premium' upgrades like other builders.
