Hello all, ww are planning to buy 375m2 from akuna vista. Is land still undervalued? Latest update from Stage 2 is that the land is valued at contract price by lenders. But it all depends on market conditions at that point of time.

Good to know. Simonds have built several in Altrove and am sure u will be in safe hands. Be mindful of customisation which can make it complicated and delay the process.

I see one being built in Bardia 2565. The house went up quite quick however seems to have lost pace in last 2-3 months. I think it is 80% done now and from a distance the build looks good. Thanks IamSAM
