Hi I am having a dilemma choosing the centre tiles in my entrance. OMG I am sorry if I offend, but if my neighbour did that I would be horrified. I am one for needing my own space ( I guess that is why we chose to build on 10 acres) and with that wall right there, and not even enough room to continue the fence, to me looks like they are imposing. -Sha

We arent in an estate.. we are one of two ten acre blocks that have been subdivided from an area of about 120 hectares.. (I believe our blocks were cut to be a chicken farm, but the town objected, the idea was scrapped and the land sold as two blocks). We have one neighbour (the other 10 acre block)...

I may be the odd one out but I would say no.. I think the room is too open to have people walking through there, and would become a walk way instead of a lounge room. I would make it a really large window, to take in any views of your alfresco etc, but not a door.. -Sha

We have kordon, but as we are only having handover in 2 weeks, we don't have much experience with it yet.. With our builder we have a 50 year guarantee on it, so in theory it sounds good! -Sha
