Single storey too you can do , but if you want to save money and have an electrician you know you can do post handover (may be about for half the money any builder offer). When upgarding outside of standard ranges do they charge the price you see on the tile as extra amount or does coral have a standard amount per sqm that they use to charge the difference from the standard to upgrade tile? Tile selections for Bathroom, Ensuite, Powder Room and Laundry completed. Vinyl/carpet going down elsewhere. Spent some extra $$ on the floor tile (450x450) which we have also used as a feature behind the black/white ensuite bath. Standard white 600x300 tile on the walls. Lot of waste in the quanti...
