Simply put - if you are looking for a HT experience in a living room purpose built or with sound bars or whatever your are not going to get that experience. In Sydney I think MDJ are slooow in admin stage... they are but similar time as Masterton. Its Mastertons build time that lets them down. i got a sense of that as well when the sales agent kept saying that their focus is on quality so may take extra time to deliver. You could ask here what the usua...

Surely it can’t beat the new Cordless Dyson on each floor. We've got a Dyson V10 downstairs and a Xiaomi Roborock S50 upstairs.... Great combination Because we have the wool blended carpet, a few push of the vacumn and it's full. Question for everyone, how is the robotic cleaner in solid floorboard...

or instead save tons of money and get yourself a couple of vac robots instead. They are very good those days. Ducted vacuums will be gone really soon, same as TV antenna, same as phone lines - those are good things to NOT put into a new build. Give some second thinking re NBN too as with 5G Mobile ...

If anybody successfully finished any projects with Raspberry Pi or Arduino - share it here. How to do it and components and little guidance too. I'm interested in it but not a programming or coding expert, but have done small scale like getting Kodi on Pi for HT etc..

We are just about to start our 2nd build and are still referring back to this page, it's a goldmine! One little thing that is a big deal to me is the grout in the tiles. I am not sure if it's just me but I definitely prefer smaller grout lines, and as usual, if it's not mentioned and in the contrac...

Wow. So an FYI regarding Clipsal Warranty process... Downlight has died... had to lodge a claim with Clipsal which is going to take them 1-2 weeks to assess then they book in an electrician to come out, inspect and replace the downlight! If we move it from it’s location ourselves we void the warran...

The product we got in our quote 'SkyFi' was being upgraded so we are still waiting. We only had one main control unit downstairs installed. We could have had the second control unit hard wired in upstairs but then we could not have the SkyFi option (it's either one or the other). There are several ...
