Wow progressing super fast! Surely they will let you change the colour of the window steel work if they haven't already ordered it. If not what's the variation fee like? if it's outrageous maybe its better to just put it on a things to do list for when you've moved in?

So wasn't really expecting this but went to visit last night and found this! Things we noticed : - Bricks going up fast! and earlier than expected. - We really should have considered backyard access more especially with the house pushed to 1m from boundary at the front. Hopefully we can get stuff in...
