Hi we are due for.slab to be poured on monday!! so pretty fast since we only went into construction on 2nd nov! Hi Lozsyd - any update on where you are at with your build? We have just switched over to construction so fingers crossed that slab can go in before xmas.

Yes, u need to pay S94 for parra. The hygienist clearance certificate your demolition company can do for u as an extra charge. They will offer it to you as an option

Does anyone know (or have pics) the standard living area floor tiles range? Do they have any gloss porcelain tiles? Im still wondering why there are so many people opting to do flooring post-handover. Dont they have enough choices? The standard tiles are only 450x450 I really don't like grout lines...

Do not demo until you have DA or CDC approved. We did KDR. We had to do our own demo as builder will not organise for us. (most of them don't) So we demo old house before receiving DA approval. Our land was empty for one and half years before building start Jan 2017. Our Council took one and half y...
