Hi @PSP, I also received a call from Landcom. They received the subdivision certificate and its now with LPI. LPI takes up to 3 weeks could be more. Once LPI processed finish then it can be registered due to holiday season coming Landcom estimate it could be late January or February 2018. Hi @Letme...

Hi @CleanupStack , We received formal tender after deposited 1k. Actually, its came less than initial quote. But may increase 5-6 grand for Slab next stage once they complete the soil test. Next stage is deposit 5k which I haven't done yet. Like to find out if anyone already did and any suggestion .
