Craigieburn Central was a long time coming but with the increased population that the region has seen over...

Sorry there kkphilly93, We have pretty much been in the land developers holding pattern of having titles constantly pushed back, they are now projecting Q4 2017 which says to me it will either be towards December or next yr. Having been through this building process previously didn't expect the titl...

I too are having the same internal debate. Fortunately I was able to get out to A&L Windows display, which is located off the Western Ring Rd in Melb. To talk and see both options. I like the retractable scenes for visibility through them, but put off by the flimsiness. The guy I spoke recommend...

Cavity sliders are 2340 x 820 (2off) was $620 then an additional $350 for clear glazed timber leafs and the Black "Onyx" franke sink was an additional $1198.00. Once we saw the sink its very hard to deviate away from it. Cheers for that, We are going to turn the theatre into a gym a...

I chose Cat 5 Lappato porcelain rectified, which is sort of in between, I think glossy could get slippery when wet. Gloss looks great but I don't think it's very practical in wet areas It's the grey tile on the bottom of pic https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170116/1aa75e7bd1ff651da9b82e9ac359bbf2...
Did they charge more for the rectified tile? Apart for the increase of choosing a Cat 5 tile.

Yes you can Spice Girl Thanks Quiggs, great to hear. Just been advised land is delayed again til May, so will start to get stung by the pricing matrix soon if it delays much further. One option is to forego the matrix and take the current promo and base price. One upside, gives time to save more. D...

I have just changed from another builder(no bad experience just wasn't quite happy with the floor plan and had to change facade due to the 60% rule and the other facades were pretty ordinary) and Henley have been amazingly helpful and responsive. I went and saw Jason at Craigeburn on Wednesday and ...

Hi All, I am shopping around for sometime and come shortlisted 8ight homes and Henley. After further discussion with my wife we decided to go with Henley(Monaco Lux Q2) due to lot of inclusions and good standard quality. I am in contact with Sales Consultant(SC) in Berwick Waters(will name later). ...

How flexible are Henley with floor plan changes? Will agree with spice girl here, we are basically combining the lower floor of Palace Lux Q1 and the 1st floor of Palace Q1. It's taking our sales consultant (travis @ Craigieburn) a little while to get it sorted but he reassures me it will work! :z:
