Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. From my experience don't expect he house to be build in 34 weeks. It will take at least 52 weeks from the construction stat date till handover. Then you will still need to get your driveway done etc. Also don't expect to be compensated for the delay as a 1mm rain ...
