Well, we got our loan a couple of weeks ago (after waiting 9.5 weeks!!!) ... just been GO, GO, GO, since then... exchanged on the land last week :D ...just waiting on draft plans for the house now... hopefully this week.

Cool... we're expecting to get our unconditional approval by the end of the week, it's been 8 weeks today waiting for an answer from the bank! Will then be able to talk to Matt with some money behind us. :)
