Better too many options than not enough! Maybe start with your floor tiles and then go from there. I use X Rock range at Di Lorenzo through out the whole house and external pathways as well as the pool coping with just different colours. Just to give you an idea my ground floor is the Grey X Rock a...
Its a lovely large format tile! Thanks for the information

Hi guys! How did you organise your landscaping around the build? Did you need to excavate the site after slab went down? Did anyone go with wisdom for landscaping or did you go privately and if private how was wisdom with giving you access?

@Ambassador36 4-5 months for me.KDRB will take longer to get to slab. You would need to be in production estimates by now in order to get a slab this year unfortunately Yeah I guessed that which is ok as long as the admin process quickens so we can get to slab very early next year.

We noticed that our outdoor leisure stacking door is shorter than all our ground floor doors. We got to know the height difference only in construction plan door schedule. If we increase it now, will it be a variation and need DA approval? Is that a structural change? Hi Champs, Yes, we had to incr...

Quick question: average time to get through the selections process in Canvas quarter? @Ambassador36 whichever inspector you use on your Wisdom Homes build make sure that the defects they identify are rectified at the appropriate stage by seeing for yourself. It is appropriate to delay progress payments for the stage if the work for that stage has not been completed to the required s...

@Stukip Yeah we have to go DA approval due to rear balcony and also the water tank... checking status of our approval each morning has become an obsession. I find it's not the admin though that is slowing us down its the estimate team! I asked to add bath niches nearly 4 weeks ago and I have nothing...
