We are looking at MJH now and have been offered 20k in the design studio etc. anyone elSe hold off. Our block is about 4 months from registration. We never locked In prices and we could have 3yrs ago. But we were too scared. What are people’s experience with MJH? Are you happy? Did the tender price ...

Hi Guys , We are also considering working with MDJH for our build .We have had our concept drawings and have had our provisional tender drawn up. We were initially happy with the base price and some of the site costs but began noticing alot of items which we thought would be standard had extra cost...
