Hi DaniK, we also have a monument garage door but have chosen Gunmetal for our driveway. I agree with Mish018 regarding render - you can't go wrong with the greys. We have two tone render to our front facade. We chose Taubmans Abstract (equivalent and/or similar to Colorbond's Dune) and Taubmans Se...

Thank you and no problem :) Here are our external selections. Keep in mind, when googling paint colour online, it is not always as accurate. To get a better indication, I suggest you go to Bunnings and get some swatches/samples. For example, the card samples I got from Bunnings are different to the...

Yes it has been a long build for a single storey, even our new neighbours were commenting on that. We are about 45 days over contract, that includes 15 days Xmas shutdown, 5 days public holidays & the rest just delays. Not happy about it but what can you do. Just glad it is nearly over & we...

Hi everyone My bank has requested an amended payment schedule from Wisdom. I am waiting to hear from my CSR, but am wondering if anyone has experienced this, and if so, was Wisdom was willing to change their payment schedule to meet the bank’s request?

1) Again sorry for newbie questions. I am getting my head around the admin process and was wondering at what point do you need finance secured for the entire build? I can't seem to get an answer from our potential lender without a contract but I'm worried about getting too far into the process befo...
