Not that exciting but here are some photos of our block during it's construction period. We got titles and settlement on the land while we were overseas! Signed off on final drawings so now I think we are waiting on building approval from the council to really get the ball rolling.

Having a hiccup at the moment because the bank wont accept the digital signatures Celebration Homes had us do the contract etc with. So printed them out and will get them signed manually and back asap but hopefully it hasn't delayed us much.

Maybe we shouldn't expect walls this weekend then! There's another celebration house across from us and they are about a week ahead and they didn't have walls started yet on the weekend so that would also suggest we wont have walls this weekend. Can always dream haha

On the weekend from that list we didnt yet have front door frame, skip Bin, toilet and also internal door frames. So wasn't really expecting this but went to visit last night and found this! Things we noticed : - Bricks going up fast! and earlier than expected. - We really should have considered backyard access more especially with the house pushed to 1m from boundary at the front. Not sure we'll get keys Monday now. Found out yesterday that the bank had called Celebrations to organise a valuer inspection but they had not heard back from them in 2 days. As long as we get the keys by Thursday we aren't too fazed but that was a little disappointing.
