How long do you have after initial first deposit to builder to be ready to get to contract stage? Do they have a time limit? I'm in Melbourne, don't know if that makes any difference. This is very true. Our neighbour has moon shadow which was our first selection but then changed to glenfern. Moonshadow does look fabulous but I can see the brick is chipping now which is showing a different colour. With glenfern I found it changes colour throughout the day but remains darker most ...
