Hi all. First time post as we just signed on the dotted line today :)) Sales consultant Bien Lema at Berwick has been wonderfully professional and very helpful. Would recommend him to anyone looking to build with PD. We will be building a Waldorf starting in October. Yay!!!!!

Hi, I have a question about the process. I'm a little confused about the difference between the 'fixed price tender' at week 4 and the HIA 'fixed price contract' at week 6. Given colour/electrical/tile selection isn't until after the tender, how can it be fixed price? Thanks :)

Had my selection of tiles yesterday. Even though NT didn't have our updated floor plans they still did a great job using the standard floor plans. The process was smooth, the coordinator was friendly and we finished the appointment early. *thumbs up* We kept our tiles the same colour everywhere thr...

This is really useful. Gives others time to consider options and budgets, so thanks everyone. Has anyone had a fireplace with mantle installed? Would love to know the cost of this ( tho I am aware different size heaters and materials used for mantle will alter costs).

Provide jetmaster fireplace with limestone mantle $11300 It depends on which mantle you choose. There are cheaper mdf ones. Basically the price of the heater with the provision is about $8500 without a mantle The price of the marble mantle alone In the waldorf 48 at berwick is approx $8500 We went ...
