I just moved into our Allworth Harmony, we had a really good experience with Allworth- our house was finished a month before the scheduled contract time. My block is pretty flat and not much fill on the block, they need to cut 250mm from the back of the block for the front of the house. My block ended up being an M class slab so got myself some funds back. I would recommend trying to push them for a 150 day tender period you give yourself some insur...

Well off we go this morning with our $9,000 cheque for our balance of our deposit to our conveyancer for exchange. Our contract took way over the expected time to get sent through. So as of today we will be "locked in" and $9,000 poorer! Lets hope our road doesn't take too long to get buil...
