@ Twistedspiky what is the name of the Facebook group?? Keen to see how this project is going if anyone has had any updates? Signature has released a new development @ Box Hill (Land rego Dec2021 + House completion Aug 2022) From all the previous projects, I gather they have never stuck to an origin...

@sonisam I didn't get any further info, and decided to not go ahead with the purchase. I didn't get alot of assurance from Signature around their timelines/value and felt more comfortable with another development around the corner in Box Hill.
