I haven't cut down the yard drain pipe that sticks out to length just yet as I figured I'll need to fill in low spots and roughly grade the ground so surface water would flow towards the yard drains. Advice from landscaping yards...

May I know who did you hire to inspect the property do they need weeks in advance notice? maybe Ill do the same frame and practical completion as well. Hopefully it isnt too late for me. yeah progress is shocking for me o...

I had a look at the original Doncaster, and was quite surprised by how similar it is with Tait; the side entrance, the hallway and location of main bathroom, etc. I like your modified Doncaster, you've got a nicely sized media/4th bedroom there. Maybe the customisation is what drove up the total pri...

Hey @enz32, build is progressing nicely. We've been sent the invoice for fixing stage, so I'm guessing now is the stage where they finish things up for practical completion. On our most recent visit, all the electrical fixings (GPOs, lights, switches, etc) are in place, and painting of the interior ...

The last time I responded late I was on vacation too, lol. Hope you had a nice one. It felt like only a couple posts ago that you were in the frame stage, and now you're at enclosed already, that's good. Not too far off now! Must be exciting. In my case where enclosed to fixing done is only 9 days a...

Hi, PCI went well. I did get kspec to come in again and do the inspection so that helped. The defect identified were minor (silicon gap along some tiles, touch up paint at some spots, etc) which is good. Settlement was initially scheduled to take place yesterday but because the bank has yet to pay t...
