I dont remember them being quite that expensive when we owned houses in Ipswich.. around $1600 I thought.. they may have gone up since then though.. We are happy to not have town water to only have to pay around $1000 per year where we are building.. (Coominya) -Sha

somehow I think the mowing fairy would go on strike if I were to ask her to do my lawn lol We use 2 rideons and a push mower and takes us a few days lol *really need to buy a tractor and slasher*, but it looks like park land once we do it with rideons.. not sure we would get same effect with slasher...

oh I would definately do the red.. unless you plan on covering the red one with a brush panel or similiar, or some other option.. - but I am pretty big on uniformity.. -Sha

sorry cant help with PS.. :( but.. for my money, I would be redoing the roof first, before the render.. To me it looks like the roof dates the house. I would respray the roof, or change to colorbond, then, as you have said, would get rid of lattice and blue colour, landscape the yard and i think you...

We are with Esk Council (Somerset), and it took us about 2 weeks, but thats only because our builders certifiers sent in the wrong plans..
