How will they be installing insulation and services? Oops sorry steel frame and roof are done all rough ins are done and plumbing. House has been wrapped. Just don't understand why they have gyprocked before the bricks

As brick absorb water and it causes breakage/ cracking in the brick, I think sealing your interior bricks will help you with the moisture damage.
