Industry wide, most new home buyers remain blissfully unaware after contract signing or discover issues too late. Plenty of examples to be found on Homeone. Go through every single line item in the contract and check it’s what you have specified and is the correct $ amount. In addition to the paper copy and PDF of the contract Ask for a data file to assist you in this checking and save time. The builder can generate this. Make sure everything is to be ...
