Hi Superfly, Request to see the structural engineering plans, this will identify if piers were required. To identify if there are piers on site would be very difficult by just looking at it. Yes everyone's aware of the BAL rating but the cost of works and related materials to comply with the 12.5 rating, the builder has raised only as a variation post contract signing saying it's unforseen. We are contesting it as it's not an unforseen fact and we're not agreeing with the addtional cost...
