We are in Stage 6A Apple Tree Lane - we will need about the same amount of fencing for our block, because the blocks either side of me havent sold, i doubt ill get the half back for the neighbours when they eventually sell. We are building with SA Housing.

We were lucky enough to get the cheaper price land.. but have no neighbours at this stage, and with how much the land has gone up, i doubt someone will buy them anytime soon.
