They were built temporarily as our land sitting below from either side. Cost was low as they didn't use H brackets and etc. I removed it b4 building a concrete brick wall and fence on top. It was a landscaper who did for me (we are in south sydney)

If you have the budget, you can do stackstone (over concrete bricks) with slats for nice looks.

But I'm not sure its the average costs. So help to figure it out, please. Measurements - LHS - 28m length and 800mm height...

Same here! Love the plan but the build was a terrible experience and had to be on top of them ALL the time. If that coz of change of supervisor / delay of building process? Do you think if you bother them all the time, thing will get better?

Hello, We are deciding on what electrical upgrades to include for our H&L package from Rawson in Horizon Marsden Park. Home design is Davenport 24. They have an option of: " Provide LED Downlight package to First Floor (includes up to 30 x Downlights) " for $4,080 From my readings her...
Another option (and the one we went with) was to have Rawson wire up the downlights but not install them. I think the c...

If you go for down lights from Builder its an absolute rip off. I have been to most of the builders taking quotes these days and lowest was around $80 per downlight (coralhomes) and Clarendon $100, Metricon $120, Wisdoms $110. And I was speaking a friend (electrician) - they do for $47 per light (i...
Thank you s-X-s. Being a double-storey is a challenge. I will ask Rawson if they will allow external worker for this th...

They are modern, fancy looking - having multiple small flat lights rather than a single one projected outside :) lolz. But if you mix it up with ordinary lights that will be more ugly I would say. Watts - 1/10th of a filament light OR 1/3 of (average) of a CFL. But saving on bills will depend on ho...

However no one will touch us until we officially handover, as the builder has insurance on the property...
