Our loan application has gone in today, and we've heard all the construction fences are done from around our stage. Hoping it titles by the end of next week. Congratulations! Another step nearer!

Only one sink in the ensuite? Two was standard for ours. We choose to have one instead of two. Ya, when I requested M to do that, they were puzzled as well but I don't think I need both but I prefer to have more space on the bench top.

Walnut cabinets with Valencia in the wet rooms. White with osprey in the kitchen. Same feature tile but ours is white. Yes, exactly the same! 😂
