Caesarstone don't even manufacture thicker than 20mm on any of their stone with a small exception of a few at 30mm.

Its a good feeling :-P We were lucky enough to buy a block that had already been registered for a while. Have you picked a builder or still looking at designs? Where are you going to be building? :) We have chosen to go with Valeco, as they do custom designs as well :). And building in Ellendale es...

howdy neighbour :) we are also in ellendale - the next street infact.. although we are still waiting for our working drawings to come through... Metricon seem to be the first builder actually starting their lots.

looks great :) i find the rooms feel smaller until the walls go up. I would have loved to have the balcony off the bedroom if the budget allowed. we are still waiting for our working drawings... such a drawn out process

any progress? we have had to wait for our land to settle for the bank to approve our construction loan. Now (it feels like forever), we have arranged for our working drawings to be done... finally! has your land registered?
