I am buidling with them.they are very slow.took around 7 months only for pre construction process. Thanks for your reply. I am also curious to know if you have commenced construction with them Also did you find that their tender was accurate? Or that you ended up paying further additional costs

Building in Hillcroft - ClaymoreBuilding A New House

Hi all, Has anyone secured land in Hillcroft - Claymore (NSW)? We are stage 2 and according to the landcom website, there is a month delay but I have a feeling it's going to be longer than that. Anyone in stage 1 or stage 2? Landcom are terrible at even responding to our solicitor!
