Did you cut your site on there side if the block when you Built?

I am on a charged rain water system and want run a basic drain for my garden rain water tap. I have a charged rain water tank that i want to connect the drain into the overflow pipe however i am unsure if its the higher or lower pipe on the tank. Top is overflow pipe Thank's! the tank is 1/2 full and the filter is pipe is a hair pin bend with the filter at the top of bend. Ill cut back some more earth and get a y or t on the 100mm side and join it in Thanks again

Are you saying that the only mesh on the wet system is at the top of the pipe where it discharges into the tank? Builder has sent our details to AGL for connection @ North Kellyville. We are with another provider at the moment, do we require AGL to connect us, or is this only the builders preferred supplier and we can ask our current provider to supply the connection? This is a Greenfields site
