Our quotes usuallu came back in a couple of days. We've just receiced 1st draft working drawings ...which tool about 6 weeks...but we're not in a hurry as out land isn't yet titled

Construction should start again 21st November..will watch and wait Frustrating but at least we'll be ready to go when titles are released

.I'm not in a hurry (obviously [SMILING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]) so been sitting on draft plans for a month now..will get going soon so we can do colours etc early next year

Im sorry to hear that danimac...we'll be building in bunyip too in the coming year. I think i know where you are and in sjds defence it has been wet...we got bogged going into our estate. We've been delayed on development for this wet winter...its a real pain in the ...

We'll be in range view acres when they finally pull their finger out. Its been 12 mths since we signed contacts and titles now delayed til june next year! We looked at the block behind you but decided on the acre. We just want things to get moving. Hope the rest of the build is smooth sailing..finge...
