Thank you for your input. Any other thoughts on the subject would be appreciated. I’m building in Stone Creek. There are a number of us on Instagram sharing photos of our journey, it’s a great little community.

There’s also a Reefsea Homes and Serenity Homes build, both of these are custom builders but no idea what they’re like. Depends entirely on w...

Any idea memebers?? https://forum.homeone.com.au/u/1_1546985785.PNG It seems very odd and I wouldn’t think legally they could force you out of the contract. Generally speaking (in QLD) only the buyers can rescind a contract and only if there are clauses in place eg building/pest. Definitely speak w...

We also built the Miami with Brighton, moved in, in March. H1 is pretty dead for Brighton, not many threads or people who have built with them on here. You’ll get a lot more information on the building with Brighton FB page or on Instagram. Good Luck!

Hi everyone, Currently building a home in Brisbane and am just wondering whether anyone knows of a place to buy ex-display home furniture in Brisbane? Our builder was telling us about a place in Salisbury that she's been to but I can't find any info on it. Thanks

Gutters went up yesterday and the colourbond for the roof was delivered today so shouldn't be far away. SS said that the electricians are due on site on Tuesday so my husbands going down ...

I think they are both the same width, though - the extra wide timber door is 1020mm? Our door is 1020mm. Yes they are the same width :) We got told on Friday to organise our gas connection as it will take about 8 weeks for the energy company to install the new gas line/meter, which is when they're ...
