MissEm, thanks for that. We don't know anyone that has had or who has ducted gas so it's hard to know whether or not it is the cheaper option. It certainly goes against everything that I've read, that ducted gas heating is more cost effective and cheaper to run opposed to the gas convector heaters. ...

1st build we chose a darker carpet. I loved it at first but slowly ended up resenting it.
