Borg - Site costs involves everything the builder does to your land before and up to the time the slab gets poured, so it includes excavation, removal of soil and rocks, piping, termite treatment, temporary fencing, crossing protection etc Does anyone know if PD allow you to do your own excavation?...

Just wondering, how big is a bobcat? Our garage is quite integrated into the house, so we cant afford to extend the garage to have another roller door to the back of the garage. It was going to cost us something like $10k, which we didnt have. But the side of the house i around 2m wide. Is that eno...

The gap at the side of my house is going to be about 2m for this reason - even if a bob cat wont fir (which is should!)...

One thing with Westpac is NEVER trust them unless everything is in writing. I don't think you need to just pin point one institution - when it's to do with contracts and money, don't trust anyone unless it's in writing
