To all building in Melbourne, Are builders still required to have 1 trade out on site? Our builder has told me that the delay was due to this. Darbecca Inspections is being refused access onto Carlisle sites. The reason. Covid-19. Its a OH&S risk,..... Just like the attached photo of one of their sites......... Darbecca has a document allowing Inspections from the Victorian Government Department of Health and Human Service that states...
