That is exterior wall? More an issue of edge breeching and concealed routing for termites than degradation.

Builder is in the process of fixing issues highlighted by the inspector and now have done this to fix the frame overhanging issue at the front wall. They have dynabolted some treated pine to the slab and according to them it is their engineered approved solution. Not sure how reliable this solution...
