our issue was lack of waterproofing in the kids shower.... had to be fully rebuilt. the other issue we have is the grout isn't colour fast, and they keep getting some water-born epoxy sh1t applied, that lasts for 2-3 weeks before it comes off again. They said they'd fix it by regrouting with epoxy,...
We won’t be chasing anything up again! Will fix ourselves if problems occur again. Will be quicker!

yep - very similar to us.... it was an issue with the drain leaking. Good luck - it is such a pain going through plumbing refits! And they damaged our timber stairs during the repairs :(

It has taken a few months….
