Our facade comes up nice on completion. Originally chosen tile run out so had to select other tile but love the tiles we got on The facade now. Facade colour will depend on the local council. In my area when I was building, the council was very strict on colour choices, so if I wanted to change the colour after approval, the builders genuinely cannot do that for me without resubmitting etc. However other councils don't care much about faca...

Is your build via complying development or council approval? Facade colours are included in the documentation provided to council to get your building approval. They probably already ordered the tiles. I’d think it would be possible to change however it’d more than likely be expensive to do so. Sounds like the builder can’t be bothered anyway. Good luck. Thanks, everyone for showing your facade. and I will need help to chose mine. we have tiles on the outside wall of the balcony and the only option to chose from two colour options are;- 1. form Black Matt 2. Pure Rock White Matt and that is the only option showing in photos given by the builder 1st...

I like the black I think the contrast works well, but then see mine as I’ve hehe Thanks Melos

Agree with the other comments, I think the black stands out without being too stark as it matches the window frames. Love how it looks with the wood too. Thank you for the feedback :-)

I like the black too. It’s a nice contrast, but still matches your roof and windows. But as Forg said, the most important thing is that YOU love it! Thank you for the feedback :-)
