We did our skirting the other way around, they ended up looking similar in height due to the carpet pile and the 90mm worked out the right height to sit under the kitchen cabinets that finish against walls. It is standard that they put the face brick on the outside of your garage so that it looks goods from the street. We have two walls with the face brick on the inside and one with face brick outside however some have blue lines, once cleaned they all just blend in.
