This is our bathroom window and we had a big gap also. The builder installed an aluminium infill. We have a tiled window reveal in our bathroom and the bath hob height dictated the window height so even though window sizes are calculated to fit brick dimensions, it threw the placement of the window...
Yes they are installing an infill on this window too. Problem solved. Thanks for the response. Was this done very late ...

Then I am at a loss. If it was to be rendered I thought they might put in blue/villa board - but if it’s brick finish, then I do not know why there are no bricks there already. same I am at a loss too :(

Ours was $100 per square metre, it does depend on the stone too. As you said- cat 1, should be basic hrm. Hey Jadeypox, dd you get $100/m2 through Boutique or did you get it done after handover? Ok thanks. So is it fair to say a franna is used to lift items higher (eg roofing)? Does it matter if there are powerlines near the property? Or can we say that typically a crane truck is used to deliver items and a franna is used for roof stages?

Yeh I have an existing concrete strip driveway but as part of the KD it will be removed. But good to hear that you have seen other KDRBs that have crushed rock installed in the building envelope. At least it's a legitimate cost.
