Then I am at a loss. If it was to be rendered I thought they might put in blue/villa board - but if it’s brick finish, then I do not know why there are no bricks there already. same I am at a loss too :(

Ok thanks. So is it fair to say a franna is used to lift items higher (eg roofing)? Does it matter if there are powerlines near the property? Or can we say that typically a crane truck is used to deliver items and a franna is used for roof stages?

Hi everyone, Do you know what type of vehicle (type of crane or truck) is used for delivery and unloading of wall frames, sub floor joists and roof trusses when building a house?

Yeh I have an existing concrete strip driveway but as part of the KD it will be removed. But good to hear that you have seen other KDRBs that have crushed rock installed in the building envelope. At least it's a legitimate cost.
