Can't believe it's been nearly 2 weeks since we have moved in. So much has happened. Sides of house were paved 2 days prior to move in. This is the first moment I've had to relax this weekend and probably for a while... we got our keys on Friday! 🎉 Couldn't believe the 2 day turnaround Spent this weekend moving boxes and unpacking them, levelling the front and back garden in preparation for installing the retic and lawn out the back...

Thanks everyone! Keystart have already made their final payment this morning, was not expecting a two day turnaround. Now just patiently waiting for our CL to get back to us as to when we come pick up our keys :D

It’s great isn’t it 😊 is anyone able to shed light on if it’s standard for them/builders to do the frame then measure and order the colourbond or it that is usually calculated prior & then delivered. I just find it odd that the frame will be done then next Wednesday it gets measured for tin the...

Ours was the same, fascias, gutters, downpipes were all delivered/installed then tin measure then later on tin went on....

Only a few minor issues to look at (HWU cover was stolen, few marks need cleaning and pavers need to come back and mark where the pipe under the driveway is for the front landscapers). uh i see! i guess it works out well then if keystart require all your build contracts ect anyways, i just found it funny! did keystart come back to you for any extra paperwork or was it a straight put in application and accept? im abit nervous they will come back and ask for more bank acc paperwork...

Can't remember how long the wait for official approval was but it wasn't long. Their turnaround was fantastic despite the negative reviews...

Woohoo. We only have 2nd coat paint left and garage door, both due today! And obviously 🙄 the scotia to the top of front pirch pole, then the close of the gap between alfresco door framd and brickwork, and then making glush if windows/doors.
