how much fall are we talking here? if its <2m its not anything huge, and most builders will be able to cut/fill/retail to handle it. If its more than your looking at potential split level. Take note that flat slab on a cut/fill/elevated block is easier for builders so they will first try explore th...

To close this off for anyone interested, in the end I submitted an application to the NBN as the developer. They asked for the plans for the leadin which ai had to obtain from the builder and send through and about 6 weeks later, My house was available in to connect to the NBN through any ISP.
