Great looking pool you have there. Where did they put the pool equipment? I'm trying to get ideas on where to place ours.

Hi reaver, thank you for the reply. Really appreciate it. Our townhouse is a freestanding townhouse. The input about finding out our budget makes total sense. But I've got a couple of questions on that. Did you pay for an/the architect for the consultation? I'm assuming that's what it's called. Wit...

Assuming this is a free standing townhouse. We were in the same boat as you, we spoke to an architect about renovating our house. In the end the cost to renovate came close to the base price of a new build so we decided to just go knockdown and rebuild. 1. It would be good to work out a budget befor...

Those that did a KDR, did you have to disconnect your water connection? I've abolished gas and electricity but not the water.

Hi all, we are very early in the process (as in, we haven't even bought land yet...) but was hoping to get some info about a couple of things. 1) We are looking at building the Merricks 38, base price $298000 - if we budget $450000 for construction costs + most site works (understanding that of cou...

Hi guys what this part of my plans (that Ive pointed to) means? https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20181019/6b90cec6ab566a3da5bd2c1dfe53f2ca.jpg Most likely it would denote retaining walls. We are doing a KDR and most demolition quotes came back with a note saying that tree removal permit will be done by owner if required. At what stage in the process will I know if a tree removal permit is required? We have around 3 mature citrus trees and a tall tree (4-5 meters) that looks to be of ...

Does M usually raise a no cost post-contract variation to rectify mistakes in the final HIA contract? I would love to build and have been looking at display homes. I've seen a few display homes with layouts that I like.
